📋 Returns Policy Overview

We want you to love your prints! If there's an issue with your order, we're here to help. Our returns policy is designed to be fair and straightforward:

  • 30-day window to identify and report any issues
  • Quality issues are eligible for full refund or reprint
  • Customer errors (wrong size selected, changed mind) are not eligible for refund
  • 24-48 hour response time for all return requests
  • 5-10 business days for refund processing after approval
✅ Quality Issues (Eligible for Refund)

Quality issues are handled by our print service partner, Printful. Full refund or reprint provided for verified quality issues including:

  • Color mismatch: Significant color differences from the preview
  • Damage: Physical damage during shipping or production
  • Printing defects: Smudges, streaks, misprints, or poor quality
  • Wrong item: Incorrect size, material, or product received

Photo documentation required: Please include clear photos of the issue when submitting your return request.

❌ Customer Errors (Not Refundable)

The following situations are not eligible for refund or exchange:

  • Wrong size selected: Please verify your order before checkout
  • Changed mind: After the 1-hour cancellation window has passed
  • Buyer's remorse: General dissatisfaction with personal preference
  • Delayed delivery: Shipping delays outside our control (natural disasters, customs, carrier issues)

Important: Please double-check your order details (size, quantity, shipping address) before completing your purchase. Orders cannot be modified after the 1-hour cancellation window.
